The map compares the modifications of a beachfront area from 1952 to its current layout.
To begin with, the central features of the beachfront area were a playground, dining tables, a pavilion, and a car park. The old playground area has been transformed into a small car parking area. The dining tables and pavilion remained intact in the same place. Interestingly, the old car park area has become enlarged in size.
Shifting focus to other sides of the beachfront area, on the right side of the beach there was a lighthouse that remained in the same spot. Similarly, on both sides of the beach, there were 25m pools. However, the pool on the left side of a beach has become larger in size by 25 m. The new surf clubs have been installed on each side of a beach. Additionally, a new restaurant has been built on the left side of the beach. The road infrastructure has leads from Lighthouse to the city.
Overall, it is readily apparent that the beachfront area has undergone a significant change in layout by the addition of new buildings, namely a large pool, a restaurant, surf clubs, a car park, and the road.
