The pictures illustrate how the same beachfront in Australia has changed between 1950 and present today.
In general the area experienced significant changes the most noticeable change is the today beachfront which has been added many more than facilities and considerably improved infrastructure.
In 1950 the road was quite short and ended at a small car park. Next to the right hand of the road were located a playground for children dining tables and pavillion. On the left-hand side of the beachfront there was a 25 metres pool and on the right-hand side was another 25 metres pool which situated adjacently the lighthouse.
The present beachfront has witnessed a considerable changes. The playground used to be next to the road was removed to make way for car park, while the dining tables and pavillion remained unchanged. Moreover a new restaurant has been established on the left side of the beach front, which has been opposite to the newly at the surt club. The pool situated on the left of today beachfront has been expanded to be about twice as large as it was in 1950.
