The maps illustrate the Norbiton industrial area now and planned future development.
Overall, there will be some major changes in that area. There will be a bridge to cross the river, and factories will be replaced by housing.
As the graph shows, this area now used as an industrial area, while in the future this will be a residential area. Now, there is no bridge crossing the river. In the future, a bridge will be constructed on the river to connect the north side of that area. A house will be construct in north side of the river. Farmland will be moved to northeast part. There is no roundabout at the moment but in future there will be a roundabout in south side of that area.
There are no shops in present time , but there will be some shops built in the center. A school will built in the east side of that area. Then , a medical center will be built near the roundabout and also a playground will be constructed beside the river.
