Beginning with the buildings planned to be built in Norbiton, several housing estates can be seen in the future layout all around rather than factories that spread through the area now. Along with a playground and a school in the east of the town, there will be constructions of shops in the center and a medical center to the east of them.
As for other developments, one of the obvious ones will be the expansion of the road to the northwest to facilitate access to the residences there and to the further north crossing river, which flows from the west of Norbiton to the east, again for the same purpose. The farmland is planned to be relocated from the north to the northeast. Finally, the addition of a new smaller roundabout just to the south of the existing one will help the traffic flow more easily.
