The maps below depict an industrial area in the town of Norbiton and the planned future development of this site. Overall, it is discernible that the area is going to undergo some significant changes with the construction of a large number of houses and facilities.
At present, there is a roundabout in the middle of the town surrounded by factories, connected with a road leading to the eastern part of the area, and a main road in the southern region of the map. In the north, there is a river runs from west to east with farmland on the right side of it.
According to the proposed plans, new houses and shops will be built around the roundabout and will replace some factories, with a medical center will be constructed in the southeast. In addition, there will be two roads splitting off the roundabout with houses along them, and an introduction of a small roundabout in the south. The eastern road will have houses on both sides, a playground located in the northeast, and a school at the end of it. In the north, farmland will be reduced in size to make way for houses and a bridge will be constructed, allowing access to this residential area.
