At a first glance, it can be seen that the Norbiton industrial area is planned to undergo significant transformations, with more residential areas and infrastructures like playground, shops, medical centre, school.
At present, The town has shifted from the southwestern part to the northwestern part of the Norbiton industrial area and there is a roundabout surrounded by numerous factories. A river flows from the northwest side to the northeast side, and beside the river, there is farmland in the industrial area.
However, in the future planned of the development, the housing will be replaced with factories. In the east side, there will build a school which would be connected with a playground and a medical centre to the south. A shops will be established to the southwestern side. The town will be the same place as the past and the farmland would be connected to the roundabout and the river will be divided into two parts.
