Overall, in this map, an industrial place is turning into a community, where all types of facilities necessary for living a healthy and peaceful life will be available.
First of all, the factories will be replaced by small and large apartments. And, the farmland will be connected through a bridge, which is currently isolated because of the river crossing between the industrial area and the farmland.
Additionally, a school will be built at the southeast corner of the area to facilitate education in the community, where a single route will be added connecting the new playground and the school with the roundabout. Shops and a medical center are planning to be constructed around the roundabout, so that it can be easily accessible from any corner.
Finally, two roundabouts will connect the route from the north, east, and west, which will have housing, housing, and shops respectively, with the road that is coming from the city on the west side of the maps.
