To begin with, the easternmost part of the town will remain mostly unchanged. Currently, there is a railway station, town center, and built-up area in the east of the town that will not be altered. However, a new road (A4) will be constructed from the town center up to the A2 road.
Furthermore, a gas station that is situated to the north of the A4 road and near the crossroad will remain the same, but a ringroad will be introduced in place of the junction. To the northwest of the ringroad, an airfield will be transformed into an industrial estate, and a new road will be added to connect the estate and the railway station.
