Overall, one notable change is the development of new roads inside and outside the town. In addition, the air field are going to be transformed into an industrialized area.
From the bottom of the map, the road called A4 will be constructed, connecting the A2 road with the railway. This road will lead to the build-up area ring road, which is next to the town center. From this center, a new road will be built outside the right-hand area of Hunderstone town.
The proposed plan also shows that the gas station will remain unchanged. However, there will be a roundabout being erected in close proximity to it. The air field, which is now located at the top left-hand corner of the town, will be demolished to make room for the industrial estate. This industrialized area will be located to the west of the railway.
