This map illustrates how the redevelopment will shape the layout of the town. In terms of overall transformation, the town will shift its focus towards development and accessibility, with the addition of industrial estate, a large roundabout, and an A4 main road in place of old elements. Of particular note is that the construction of another main road for the city will make it easier to get to and from the city.
At present, there is an airfield connecting to an A2 road on the northwest side of the map which will be replaced by a new industrial estate. According to the proposed plan, an A2 road will be expanded and an A4 road will be constructed horizontally to serve the west and the east, leading to a railway and a town center.
Despite these alterations, the small roundabout on road A2 and a gas station adjacent to the railway will remain unchanged in their original forms. Although a town center on the east of the map will stay the same, a large roundabout will be set up at the intersection where the road from the small roundabout on the A2 highway leading to a town center crosses the railway. Another noticeable change will be the introduction of the main road, leading to the town center.
