The maps display the current layout of a center of a small town named Islip, and how it is planned to develop in the future.

Overall, the town center will be urbanized, and its road system will be significantly upgraded. In addition, several new amenities and housing areas will be built.

The most noticeable development will be the dual carriageway that will encircle most of the town center’s facilities. This carriageway will connect the west side and the east side of the center, while the current main road will be widened and reserved for pedestrians. Furthermore, the town will also see the addition of a new bus station and a car park facing the shops on the south side.

Another new feature of the town will be a large shopping center, which will be constructed on part of the land that is currently occupied by the stores north of the main road. Moreover, new housing will be added on either side of the walking street. The southern housing area will be placed next to the park, and the northern one will have a driveway connecting to the dual carriageway.
