Overall, Templetion resort underwent significant changes, developing in the directions of industry and commerce. Moreover, the accommodation number increased in types of high apartment blocks by 2005.
In 1990, the west part of the resort featured residential area with numerous houses and trees on the southern side, while on the northern side there was a lake and few accommodations. Two parts of the resort was connected with two bridges. However, by 2005, on the southern part, a number of detached houses were demolished and replaced by a row of high apartment blocks. Also, a new line of houses were constructed beside one of the main roads, and a large supermarket nearby. On the northern side, new apartment blocks were built near the lake.
Meanwhile, in 1990, the western side featured a school, hospital on the north, and railway station on the west, and with several houses and trees on the southern side. Nevertheless, in 2005, on the southern side, the trees and houses were removed and a new factory was built, with an additional railway that connected with the west part of the resort. School, hospital, and a railway station remained unchanged. On the northern side, a plane and lines of houses was constructed.
