The maps depict how a library has undergone significant changes over the past five years ago.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that book shelves and studying tables are in the same place. However, some sections have been expanded and new features have been added to improve students’ comfort ,such as the desk for students’ laptops.
Five years ago, the classroom, meeting room, and borrowing and returning check section were located on the left side of the layout. Over time, the borrowing and returning check section has been divided into two separate areas, while the location meeting room has remained unchanged. It is worth noting that where the recording studio stands, there used to be the classroom.
Regarding the center of the library, two book shelves parts were situated in the upper and lower sections. The lower book shelves has converted into the desk space where students can use their laptops. Notably, a few study tables have been added to the center of the layout. Finally, the library office, which was sited in the bottom right corner has been removed to make a way for a conference room.
