The maps depict how a university sports court area has significantly changed since 1990.
Generally, it is clear that there are several remarkable innovations and developments. Particularly, the site has experienced some major alterations, including the addition, replacement and rearrangement of many of the facilities.
Firstly, the park on the western side of the building has been removed to make way for a basketball court. Similarly, car parking was replaced with a tennis court which doubled in size. On the top right side of the map, the swimming pool, which is one of the main facilities, has been enclosed and converted from an outdoor to an indoor one.
After many years passed, the positions of the coffee shop and reception still stayed stable whereas the changing room which had previously sat next to the reception has now expanded in size and been relocated to the opposite of the swimming pool. Finally, the two tennis courts which were located on the southern part have now been taken over from a fitness centre.
