In detail, nowadays the office building can offer a number of offices on the left side after passing reception block. While in opposite side there is kitchen, canteen and stock room staying in a row, just below the last room locates WCs. On the both sides, which are left and right, there are greenery areas which are covered only with grass.
However, in the future it expects redevelopments and constructions. The first striking change will be noticed is that, all 4 offices will be separated into three sides of the building, while the entrance and reception will be below between two offices. Furthermore, kitchen and canteen just removed. Greenery area also demolished, while on the right side above will be erected coffee machine and beside it WCs. Below of these facilities will be meeting are in a circular shape. Last but not least, alteration on the left side will be into outdoor seating area.
