The diagrams illustrate how the layout of the accommodation of students has changed since 2010.
Overall, the layout has witnessed subtle alterations, with the most noticeable being the right-hand side of the plan, presenting convenience and new amenities for students.
Regarding the year 2010, a hallway was to the right of the main entrance, providing access to the student bedroom on the right. A kitchen was located between two bedrooms, enabling students to be in reach of food. On the left-hand side was the living room, opposite the bathroom which was placed next to another bedroom. This resident hall was surrounded by three gardens, providing unpolluted air for students.
Recently, the plan has seen significant changes, primarily in southeastern part. On the right-hand side, there appears to be a new emergence of the en-suite room and a social area in the kitchen. On the left side of this layout, a living room and a garden have been transformed into bedrooms to contain the large number of students, whereas the bathroom and bedroom remain unchanged. The recently planned student hall has had its southeastern garden removed to make way for the car parking.
