The diagrams above describe how a street called North Avenue is observed right now and how it is expected to be in the future.
Overall, there will not be many changes about layout of the street but most of land slot’ functional is expected to be repurposed included two car on the top of the map and the council officer at the lower of the map.
It can be observed that North Avenue street plays the role as a connector of High Street and Smith Street, this position will not be changed in the future map. At the top of the map, there are two car parking spaces built parallel to each other in the left and right corner, with a cinema located in the bottom. In the future, the parking space in the left corner is expected to be replaced by a coffee shop while the left one is going to be repurposed to be a hotel with an extended restaurant.
In the lower side of the maps, the gallery in the left side of High Street is expected to be reconstructed to be a new local office and a green park will be erected with an under library at the place that is the council office now. The town hall will not be reconstructed but a new underground car park will be extended under it. The big gallery in the left corner in the present is expected to move to the other side of maps with a smaller space that is the library now while the shopping centre will not be planned to change.
