The two maps illustrate how particular years of redevelopment will reshape the layout of industrial area.
From an overall perspective, the industrial area is expected to undergo significant transformations with the addition of new features like a parking area, apartments, parking garages, communal gardens, and several bedroom houses in place of the factory, offices, storage, packing, and canteen. Of particular note is the removal of the main section, which is the entrance and reception, going to be replaced by bedroom houses.
Now, there are packing and storage sections to the west side of the area, with the entrance and reception to the north. Additionally, the factory can be found opposite the storage to the east side of the area. What can be seen on the south-west side of the place is a canteen surrounded by several offices around it. Apart from all the industries which are located on different sides of the Industrial area, the main road can be seen around this area, and it surrounds this place from all four sides.
However, in the future, it is planned to change the Industrial area to an Area for houses by removing industries and building houses. Starting with the left-hand side of the area, a 3 bedroom house and a 4 bedroom house are planned to be erected to the west side of the zone. In addition to the parking area, which will have been set up in the future and will be constructed in the north-east territory. Moreover, parking garages will be constructed too at the bottom of the place. After all, 2 bedroom houses will be erected to the top of the territory, and before this, communal gardens will be located. Although the currently present main road will stay intact and will surround the Area for houses on all sides.
