Overall, it can be seen that there is the modernization of location. The most significant change was in scientific research station which has been converted into relaxation center. One interesting fact is devastation of palm trees and building of modern area.
According to the map, there was scientific research station in the middle of the map, which has been transformed into recover centre, including swimming pool and hotel complex. The row of palm trees were destroyed to make way for modernized building, such as open restaurant, café and BBQ area.
Due to the modernization, access to swimming in the beach, situated in the northwestern route of the map, has been permitted. The pier, just under the beach, is developed and boat station has been changed into cruise ship station. Furthermore, cycle path is constructed to make it easier to walk over location.
