Overall, the resedential area had been an agricultural zone, but during the 15 year period the agricultural zone was changed to a scientific area.
First of all, the farmland that located on southern side of the Tumbletown was converted into the science labaratoriya, and farmhause was also converted to the academy that was situated on nothern part of the farmland. Moreover, the Tumbletown was also made bigger. In addition, trees and woods were planted on eastern side of the new science labaratories. Because, Hi-teacher center was built into woods and half part of the hospital that was situated on southern side of the river that crossed from the central part of the resedential area. Furthmore, a shop was constructed an other side of the river. Moreover, park had erected. Western north part of the area was transformed to the science park and musem. Thus, expanded school was converted into the hotel that located on eastern corner of the musem.
