The diagram details the linear process of producing clothes from plastic bottles.
In general, this process comprises twelve steps, beginning with the collection of bottles and ending with creating clothes. Notably, almost all steps are carried out automatically.
At the beginning, the bottles are collected, and then they are transported by tracks to the factory. At this facility, plastic bottles are sorted at the right place, before being cutted into thousands of small pieces.
Having undergone this step, those pieces are washed by a specialized machine, and after that, they are dried under the sunshine in ten hours. Once drying is finished, the pieces are put into a tool where they are boiled, then the resulting liquid is strained in shapes, after which they are converted to yarn. Those yarn is woven to millions ones, and right after that, they will be rolled and finally they become ingredient to produce clothes.
