The process diagram gives information about how clothing is manufactured with plastic bottles.
Overall, the process includes 12 major stages, starting with the collection of plastic bottles and ending with the manufacturing of ready-made clothes from raw materials.
At the first stage, we begin the collection of plastic bottles for transport, and these bottles are then carried to factories. Following this stage, it is sorted in factories, and plastic containers are cut for the production of plastic products. After the plastic bottles are cut by a cutter, the pieces are washed by a washing machine.
At the next stage, the plastic pieces are drying in the sun. In the next stage, they are transferred to a boiler to be melted down. In the next step, the melted substance is strained and made into yarn. Ready the yarn is production rolling with weaving machine. Finally, clothes are made from rolls.
