The diagram shows how clothes are made from plastic can be outlined in fifteen consecutive steps .Overall , there are three main stages involved in process ,starting with the initial process of collecting bottles ,followed by actual process of cutting them into pieces,and lastly, production of a range of eco-friendly clothes . Additionally, process is complex one , which requires time and equipment to complete.
The first stage of process requires the involvement of several parties . Firstly,plastic bottles are collected by waste collection trucks and then transported to factories . After bottles have been delivered to the recycling factories , they are sorted out before the next stage .
The next stage begins with cutting sorted bottles into small pieces to make them easy to wash . Once washing machine has removed dirt and other impurities, they are dried under sun for ten hours . In the next two steps , the dried materials are boiled and strained to produce yarns.
In the final sewing stage , special equipment weav the yarn. Subsequent to this, they pass through rolling process in order to produce material. In the last stage , the produced raw material is used to manufacture t-shirts with symbol of green production .
