The diagram below shows how to make clothes from recycling plastic bottles. Overall, the production of making clothes from plastic bottles is a man-made linear process that involves 13 steps, starting from collecting used bottles and ending with clothes made from fabric.
At the first step, empty bottles are collected by recycling trucks, and then these lorries will transfer the bottles to the factories. In the next stage, the bottles are sorted into different types, cut by a special machine into small pieces, and carefully washed through water. Then, the pieces are separated and directly dried under the sun for 10 hours.
After being completely dried, these pieces are boiled until melting into plastic liquid. The liquid is strained into long threads to make the yarn. The yarn is woven into cloth and rolled by a roller. Eventually, the fabric will be used to make into clothes
