The diagram illustrates detailedly how to to manufacture fabric – made clothing from plastic bottles.
All in all, there are total 13 stages in the man – made linear process, wherein plastic vessels undergo different types of steps before becoming the garment products.
To begin with, used old bottles with different sizes are collected, loaded and transported onto trucks to the manufacturer. In there they are sorted out and slashed into small pieces by a specialized cutting machine. Once this stage completes, these plastic pieces are washed and then dried during 10 hours in the sun.
Following this, the dried plastic pieces boiled in several hours. They are passed to a special straining machine to purify before turning into melted plastic, which is continuously spun into small thin yarn. When this stage finishes, these yarn are woven into fabric, and then rolled up neatly into reels of thread, which are readily moved for the next stage to product clothing products.
