The two maps illustrate how the layout of a conference centre has changed between 2010 and 2025.
Overall, the area has been significantly modernised and expanded, with several new facilities introduced to make the centre more suitable for business and leisure purposes. While the main structure of the building has remained largely the same, new functional areas have been added, and the car park has been relocated and enlarged.
In 2010, the conference centre consisted mainly of two rooms, a hall, a reception area, and a garden that occupied the southern part of the site. The car park was located in the upper right-hand corner. By 2025, however, the car park will have been replaced by a hall and a newly constructed residence hall with twenty rooms. The new, larger car park will occupy the eastern side of the site, in the area that used to contain one of the two gardens.
Several new facilities will also be introduced to enhance convenience and comfort for visitors. In the bottom-left corner, an IT centre will be built next to a canteen and kitchen. Two meeting rooms will be added near the centre, and to the south of them there will be a game room and a music room, providing space for recreation as well as work.
