The gragh illustrates research on reasons for engage in sport activities. Overall, the main reasons include maintaining health and personal enjoyment. This essay will discuss these reasons and explain why they are important.

The first reason plays significant role, is maintaining health. The most popular is to improve fitness with 100% , then to control weight with around 60%, as you know nowadays many people suffer with control weight. And the lawest section is to compete with around 20% the lawest one on the gragh. Some people do sports not only to maintain health but also to participate in contests.

The second reason is personal enjoyment , there are; to relax, to spend time with friends , to improve skills. The most popular is to relax with 85% , it is important to take breath and spend time to relax enough, the second place takes spend time with friends with around 60% it is also vital to communicate and spend time with friends. The last one is to omprove skills , it takes 45% the penultimate.
