Overall, in 1990 the highest composition found in rubbish was the material of paper having a percentage of 35% and in 2007 this shifted with the materails found in the kitchen and organic waste with 42% and paper rubish composition reduced to 16% as of 2007. However in 1990 kitchen/organic waste rubish was 24% but by the year 2007 this number increased to 42%.

In 2007 miscellaneous rubish was found on households with 17%, in 1990 there is no mention of miscellaneous composition. The composition of plastic was about the same in both years with 8% each. The decrease of rubbish found was for the composition of textiles such as in 1990 having about 4% and in 2007 found at 3% which drops 1%. This can be seen with the percentage of metals found in rubish as well. According to 1990 5% was found in households and in 2007 this ratio dropped by 1% with 4% rubish found in households.
