Overall, according to first year records, the highest rate was found in Western Europe and the lowest percent was in United States. However. By second recorded year, western Europe showed dramatical change and became the lowest rate recorded region in the world. Asia took first place on battled water consumption.
Western Europe was the only region which showed significant decrease on battled water consumption. The percentage of it declined from 48% to 2% in those 2 years of period. Australia however was nowhere near to western Europe in 1999 by only 15% of water consumed by battle, and after those 2 years, it showed a slight decrease and battled water consumption by decreasing from 15% to 8% in 2001. Middle east and Africa had same percent of rate and after 2 years they both increased from 5% to 10% simultaneously.
By 2001, percent of battled water consumption in Latin America caught up with percent of New Zealand by increasing from 10% to almost 13%. New Zealand showed almost no change on battled water consumption. In 1999 It was 13% and by 2001 It became almost 13%. Asia and USA had same percent of battled water consumption in 1999, however in 2001, percent of water consuming by battle in Asia increased 7 times, in USA increased 4 times and by 2001, They became 14% and 8% respectively.
