In 1991, the total house was 22 millions in United state. Therefore, 60% of people was home owner as well as 23% people was lived at social renting homes. While, only 6% citizens lived in social houses. Although, private renting was only 11%.
In 2007, 27 million houses was build in United state, well 5 millions houses are more as contrast to 1991. Home owner are 10 percent more as compare to 1991 owing to 70% in 2007. Furthermore, the social renting was 17% as well as only 2 percent was scocial housing. However, the private renting was same 11% in 2007.
Overall, it is evident that, the home owner was 60% in 1991. While, 70% in 2007, so in 2007 almost 10% more people are home owner. Furthermore, 6% are scocial housing in 1991 but in 2007 they decreased to 2%.
