The charts highlight the prominent exports of each country, with coffee and aircraft parts dominating Vietnam’s exports to the US and the US’s exports to Vietnam, respectively.
Vietnam’s exports to the US are primarily composed of coffee, which accounts for $23 million, followed by fruits and vegetables at $16 million. The remaining exports, including seafood, rice, garments, and other products, collectively contribute a relatively smaller proportion to the total exports, with values ranging from $2 million to $4.4 million.
In contrast, the US’s exports to Vietnam are largely driven by aircraft parts, which account for a staggering $72 million. Machinery and an unspecified category of exports emerge as the second and third most significant contributors, with values of $30.5 million and $35 million, respectively. Fertilizers, cotton, and cars comprise the remaining exports, each contributing less than $17 million to the total exports.
