On one hand, Vietnam exports a total of around $50 million to the US. Coffee is exported the most worth $23 million. This is followed by Fruits and vegetables worth $16 million almost four times as seafood and rice, which is exported a little above $4 million each. The least exported items are garments and others that account for $2 million each.
On the other hand, US exports around thrice the amount to Vietnam compared to the amount imported from there. The most valued exports are air craft parts worth $72 million, nearly double the exports of items in the group other which is worth $35 million. Furthermore, the next highest exports would be Machinery worth $30.5 million and fertilisers worth $16.5 million. The least exports includes cotton and cars, also Cotton exports are worth twice of that of Cars, with $12 and $6 million respectively.
