The given pie chart illustrates information about the methods used by students from different countries in order to booking online English courses in three countries in the years 2009 and 2010.
Overall, in the USA booking methods remained nearly equal in both 2009 and 2010 years. In Asutralia, on the other hand, the methods in the 2009 were comprably equal, while in 2010 the Internet method became the most popular. While in Canada situation was very diverse.
Firstly, in the USA booking online methods were nearly 25% for all four methods, which means that the were not specific popular method. However, in the 2010 situation is changed a little. The Arrival method remained the same, pre-booked method increased from 24% to 28%. The Internet method is decreased only for a percent (25%).
In Australia Arrival method became more popular in 2010, by showing an increase for 4% percent by being 30%. Pre-booked method’s percentage fall from 27% to 11%. While, the Internet became more popular showing 24% and 39% in the 2009 and 2010 respectively.
In Canada the booking method situation is slightly different. The Internet method changed only for 2% throw the years, it is became less popular. Pre-booked with agent method increased from 22% to 35%. Importantly, the arrival method which was the most popular in Canada among the 3 countries (45%) saw a downgrade to 26%.
