The four pie charts demonstrates the number of electricity generated by fuel source in two countries (Denmark and Germany) in years 1978 and 1998. This is measured in units.
Overall, in the denmark main fuel source to generated electricity was coal and overtime it increased, while in the past, Germany mostly relayed on coal and natural gas, however in 1998 they mainly use nuclear power to produced electricity. Denmark less use of oil to generate electriciry and in the end of 19’s that significatly drop. While, Germany less utilze Hydro power to generte electricity and it use reduce overtime.
In detail, Denmark mostly relayed on coal in both year in the year 1978 at 53% units use and in the 1998 it was rose to 122 units. Alothogh, they less use other souce of fuel like oil use 7 units, natural gas 15 units and power also 15 units in 1978 but in 1998, it was declined to 2 units in oil and natural gas, but significant inncreased seen in hydro power in figure 34 units. However Germany, mainly prefered to use natural gas and coal in 1978, and it shifted to nuclear power in 1998. Moreover, they utilized 5 units to generate electricity from hydro power and it reduced to 3 unit in 1998. Alouthogh, second largest fuel used in 1978 was oil and afterward it remained same.
