To begin, in 1984 , face to face programmes accounted for over half of a chart, at 67%. However, in 1994, the online classes appeared, and the percentage of offline classes slightly decreased to 54%. Over the following 10 years, its proportion considerably fell to 40%. In contrast, correspondence lessons remained unchanged in both 1984 and 1994 years, representing 20%. In 2004, students chase this course more rarely, at 15%.
Turning to the online classes, in 1994, they constituted 11%, but it decreased to 10% in 2004. Furthermore, the mixed media classes was opted by 13% in the first year. In the second year, it went up to 15%. However, they experienced notable jump to 35% in 2004.
