Overall, undergraduates consistently show high expenditure on both books and non-print materials. It is also evident that postgraduates unsatisfactory gradually increase despite some fluctuations.
In the case of books, both of the students are pleased, calculating for about 35% for undergraduate and 28% for postgraduate. In contrast, postgraduate dissatisfied with books in their library, comprised half of the 100% while undergraduate shows mere 28%.
On the other hand, undergraduate demonstrates a decent number of satisfaction for non-print materials calculating for almost 68% whereas postgraduate with 62% of dissapointment. In addition to that, only 12% shows a contentment and mere 27% of pleasure. Another notable data is mere 12% of undergraduate pupils discontet with non-print materials.
