Not only the proportion of nutritional consistency in medium baked potato divided into five categories is depicted by the pie chart, but also that of macaroni is given by the graph.
As an overall trend, both have different proportions of nutrients, with carbohydrates showing the greatest proportion in all charts.
According to the first chart, a medium baked potato consists of 35% carbohydrates – the most significant figure shown. Then this figure is followed by protein (25%) which has a higher proportion compared with that of glucose and other nutrients by 10% each. Saturated fat, however, shows up as the lowest, taking up only 10%.
Regarding the second chart, macaroni is overwhelmingly high in carbohydrates, accounting for 52% of its nutritional content. Additionally, saturated fat (21%) is the second most prominent nutrient whose number is more than a half from the former. Moreover, protein and glucose have a similar number standing at 11%. Finally, the remaining figure, other nutrients, is listed at the bottom position reaching 5%.
