The maps show the changes that a school has gone through from the year 1985 and the present.
At present the strength of the school is 2300 which is 800 more than what it was in 1985.Some notable changes between now and then is the size of the playing field has been reduced drastically and the extra space has been used to accommodate more classrooms of larger size and a fitness center with a swimming pool which was missing in 1985.
The library that existed in the past has now been replaced by a more comprehensive learning resources center consisting of a computer room. The number of classrooms have been increased from 2 to 3 between now and then. The classroom below the car park in the east was previously 2 stories high has now had another level added to it. The car park’s structure has been changed from a rectangular to that of a semicircular structure. The additional car park that existed before has now been removed to free up extra space.
The changes made over the years reflect the need of accommodating a larger number of students, major changes like decreasing the space allotted for recreational activities and adding an additional classroom signifies a shift towards a more academic approach, showcasing the school’s visions and ideologies.
