The two student room is more expensive, costing $350 per week and can house 2 people while the second room can accommodate only one person and it’s priced at $200 per week. Both rooms measure 6m in length but the first room measures 4m in width in comparison to the second one which measures 2.5m, making the first room relatively bigger than the second room.
The first room has two beds, a bathroom, two study desks, a bookshelf, television, microwave, sink, two cupboards, a stove and table and chairs. In contrast, the second room has only one bed, a bathroom, a study desk, television, stove and sink but Bookshelf, cupboard or table and chairs.
