In general, both share the same layout but the two students’ rooms are slightly wider. In addition, the bigger room has extra furniture sets in conjunction with a round table and two chairs. There is a slight difference in the kitchen set containing a microwave, a stove and a sink setup, however, both are located in the bottom left corner.

Regarding to the right of the map, which is covered by two beds compared to one bed the map below, which is due to the extra 1.5 meters larger. Moreover, two cupboards are still able to fit into its right. The center, mutually, settled on an extra desk with a TV along the left. The one room student, however, had the TV separately standing.

Both of the layout shared the same location of a desk following a bookshelf and the bathroom on the top left corner. The first layout, however, got a bonus round table set along with the kitchen set located next to the door respectively.
