The maps illustrates how the village in the UK has developed since 2000. Overall, the area has witnessed various transformations, mostly notably with the addition of more residental, entertainment facilities.
In 2000, the village was relatively basic. There was a main road running from northwest to southeast, western of which lied a few houses. Additionaly, the restaurant and the hotel were located in the same side with houses. Adjacent to the main road on the east side are pub and shoe factory. To the northeast of the main road, there was a farm and farmland and some shops surround them.
In the current day, the village has undergone substantial development. Notably, there are more houses in the western of the main road while the road remains the same. In the same side of houses, the restaurant and the hotel were demolished. While,the playground was built in the other side of the road, next to the factory once stood although the factory and the pub was knocked down. Additionaly, what once was farm and farmland is now residental facilities.
