The provided pictures illustrate how the sports centre of the university looks now and how it will appear after several modifications.
Overall, it is immediately apparent from the graph that there will be considerable changes, such as a new sports shop and cafe. The main planned transformation is that the outdoor courts are going to be removed and the main building will be enlarged.
To begin, there are two outdoor courts and the one on the west side will be demolished to construct a new leisure pool. Another one on the eastern part of the centre, also, will be cutted down in order to introduce new two dance studios. Following that, the number of changing rooms will increase from one to three. On the right side of the leisure pool there is a changing room that will remain unchanged. Another two will be built on the southwestern and southeastern corners of the centre.
The main entrance will stay at its initial position, where reception is located. Turning right from the reception there will be a mini cafe, on the left a new shop for buying sports stuff. In the centre of the building there is a deep pool of 25 metres that will stay unchanged, as well as seating places on the right. Between these seats and dance studios there will be a new large sports hall for different sport events and competitions. On the north side of the central pool and seating there is a gym which will be expanded to the right.
