The maps illustrate the layout of a TV centre ten years ago and its current configuration.
Overall, the centre has undergone significant internal restructuring while retaining its core functional zones. The most notable changes include the expansion and relocation of studio space, the reorganisation of office areas, the enlargement of the car park, and the removal of the former outdoor green space.
Ten years ago, the northern section contained make-up and dressing rooms on the left, two offices in the centre, and a studio flanked by scenery and costume rooms on the right. In the middle of the complex were reception and several offices, alongside a canteen. The southern section comprised additional offices, a studio with an adjacent waiting room, and a car park stretching along the bottom. A small wooded area was situated to the far east.
At present, the overall footprint remains similar; however, the internal layout has been optimised. The central studio has been considerably enlarged, now occupying much of the upper middle area. The scenery and costume rooms have been repositioned to the far right. Office space has been consolidated into fewer but more vertically arranged units, particularly in the central and lower sections. The canteen has been relocated to the lower centre and expanded, while the car park has been extended across the entire southern boundary. Notably, the former green area has been eliminated to accommodate these developments.
