Overall, the TV center has seen a considerable transformation, with the expansion of every amenity, which came at the expense of greenery. Another striking feature is that a car park has occupied the half of the area dedicated to trees.
Before the refurbishment, the rooms for make-up, dressing, and a reception were positioned on the eastern side, while the greenery occupied the west of the layout. The center of the TV center was occupied by a studio and an office, whereas 3 offices and a canteen were located to the east of them. Rooms for waiting, costume, and scenery, and studio were situated between the studio, office and the area for trees. Meanwhile, the car park occupied the south of the layout.
After the redevelopment, every amenity has enlarged, whereas the trees have been cut down. The demolishment of trees allowed every element to widen in size. Although the vast majority of the facilities remained intact over the period, office in the center have been replaced by the canteen. The parking lot, which occupied the south, has expanded considerably, replacing the half area of previous green space.
