The three plans below illustrate the transformation a building’s ground floor, with each plan showing a different period of time.
During the 50s to 80s, which was shown in the first plan, the ground floor was built as an office that included seven rooms. The entrance was located in southern of the floor, which welcomed the guess with a reception area in the right and a small toilet in the left corner of the floor. The biggest room was utilized as a manager office, which was situated northern of the reception area, then was followed by a kitchen as the last room in the right wing. The left wing of the floor was where a secretary’s office, an assistant’s office, and a meeting room have been placed, respectively.
From 1985 to 2000, the space had a major alteration into an apartment floor with five rooms inside. The only features that did not undergo any transformation were the entrance and the kitchen, which was still located at the end of the hall, north-eastern of the floor. The manager office and the reception arena was submerged into two bedrooms, the space for toilet and secretary’s office was transformed into a spacious bathroom and shower, and the remaining space which was used for assistant’s office and meeting room was turned into a living room.
The grand floor then underwent a major change into a flower shop in 2001, until present time. It is currently only filled with four rooms, which provides the enormous area for the flowers. After we enter the flower shop from the entrance, we will be welcomed by a play area in the left and many arrangements of flowers in the right. An office is located eastern of the middle hall, which replaced the previous bedroom. Kitchen is still placed at the end of the floor, with a gift cards area right across of it.
