The two plans give information about the training room arrangement for ten staff and above. Strikingly, the most obvious different features come from the way the podium seat and the whiteboard are placed, together with the maximum number of people who can attend.
As can be clearly inferred from the plans, they share a similar entrance in the top-right corner. Entering inside from the entrance, plan A shows that the whiteboard is located along the right wall and the podium is put next to it in the left corner. Whereas in plan B, this item is spotted in the center of the training room and there is also the position of the whiteboard behind it. In terms of the morning tea area, this location in plan A is planned to be at the back of the room, facing the podium directly whereas in plan B, the morning tea area is supposed to be at the top-left corner.
Furthermore, the difference is also reflected in the layout of tables for trainees although they both share a similarity in the U-shaped arrangement. Plan A clearly depicts that there are three tables which face inwards. However, the seating proposal for plan B can welcome a bigger number of staff based on the principle of having them face one another.
