The diagram depicts the phases of producing chocolate liquid from cocao.
The tenth steps process starts from a specific tree grows in south America, Africa and Indonesia,and ends with the production of chocolate liquid passing by several phases, till it reaches the costumer.
The process begins from the cocoa tree,which grows in south America, Africa and Indonesia,after the tree is full grown they take the the harvested pods and, speal it by taking the cocoa beans .They are then fermented for sometime,after that they drying it by exposing it directly to the sun.then stock it into a large bags.
At step 6,they ransporte the large sacks of cocao by lorries or train to the factory to pass by a processing plan,when they will be roasted,then they remove the skin of the beans and grind it.
Arriving to the final step,in which the beans gets pressed, resulting the production of chocolate liquid
