The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing liquid form of chocolates by utilization of cocoa beans.
It is evident that chocolate are produced by using raw material, which proceeds through ten stages.
At the first stage of creating chocolate, the red pods of a cocoa trees are ripped, which are grown in South America, Africa and Indonesia. Then, the white cocoa beans got harvested by using pods. In the third step, beans are fermented and in the following stage, they are spread in sun to dry. Subsequent stage, the cocoa beans are putted in large sacks and then, they will be transported by train or lorry.
During the seventh stage, the products which have been transported, are taken to the factory. In the next stage, the beans are roasted in high temperature with 330 degrees Celsius. In the ninth step, are separated in two groups, which are beans crashed and outer shell removed. Finally, the inner part of the beans are pressed to produce liquid chocolate.
