The diagram illustrates the steps of chocolate production from cacao beans. Overall, it is readily apparent that there are ten main stages involved in the process, beginning with planting cacao trees and ending with pressing the beans into chocolate.
First of all, cacao trees are grown in different nations such as South America, Africa, and Indonesia. The next stage involves harvesting the pods when they are ripe and removing the white cacao beans from inside. Subsequently, the beans are fermented and then dried under the sun. After that, they are packed into large sacks and transported to the factory by lorry.
In the factory, the cacao beans are roasted at 350 degrees. Following this, the outer shells are removed, and the inner beans are crushed into smaller pieces. In the final stage, the crushed beans are pressed to produce liquid chocolate, which can then be used in the manufacturing of various chocolate products.
