Next the beans fermented which is fermentation process After that, the beans are dried under the sun before put in the large sakes and the large sakes are transported by a train or lorry to the factory. Alterwards, the beans are rosted in the oven at temperature of 350c. subsequently, the beans are placed inside a grinding machine to remove the shell and crush into the small Pices.
